With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to
Work with the Sr. Manager for Facilities and Maintenance to deliver the department objectives.
Plan, coordinate, deliver and oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, HVAC controls, fire alarm systems, and backup power systems.
Plan, coordinate, deliver and oversee planned preventive maintenance (PPM), Fixed Electrical Testing (FET), Infrared Testing (IR) and reactive maintenance on HV and LV electrical systems.
Manage capital projects related to facility electrical upgrades, expansions, and energy efficiency initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure plant reliability.
Perform load calculations, short-circuit analysis, arc flash assessments, and system capacity planning.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA, OSHA).
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans for electrical systems and equipment.
Lead and support energy management and sustainability programs.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and utility companies as needed.
Develop framework contracts and Service Level Agreements for external Service Providers.
Oversee and assess work performance of external service providers.
Maintain accurate documentation of electrical systems and facility drawings, including one-line diagrams, panel schedules, and maintenance records.
Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams during equipment installation, upgrades, or modifications.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, with minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing facilities, with a strong focus on electrical systems.

Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification
- Excellent understanding of electrical power systems, including 12,470V, 480V and low-voltage controls.
- Familiarity with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM Power Tools).
- Knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, and industrial automation systems.
