Glaube Logistics is seeking a Senior Export Supervisor in Jeddah to oversee daily export operations, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with Saudi Customs regulations. The role requires 5-6 years of export experience in Saudi Arabia and strong knowledge of freight forwarding.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily export operations to ensure timely shipment execution
- Prepare, verify, and manage export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, and other shipping documents
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs brokers
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Customs regulations and international export procedures
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve operational issues to avoid delays
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams for smooth cargo movement
- Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare operational reports
- Supervise and guide junior export staff to achieve departmental objectives
- Handle customer complaints and provide prompt solutions
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve export processes and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–6 Years of experience in Export Operations (Saudi Arabia experience is mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Customs regulations and export documentation
- Experience in freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures
- Experience in handling sea, air, and land export shipments
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are preferred

Qualifications

- Experience in freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience working with ERP or logistics management software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures.
- Experience in handling sea, air, and land export shipments.
- Familiarity with SABER, FASAH, and Saudi trade regulations is an added advantage.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Strong expertise in export operations, including Export and Import Export procedures and documentation.
- Experience in freight Forwarding and coordination with logistics partners and service providers.
