- The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Support campaign setup and execution across search, social, display, and affiliate channels, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and agencies.
- Monitor and optimise daily campaign performance, pacing, and delivery across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and metasearch engines.
- Identify performance gaps and assist in tactical optimisations, working closely with media agencies to ensure timely and accurate adjustments.
- Coordinate creative briefs, asset delivery, and reporting, contributing to campaign alignment with commercial goals and .com conversion targets.
- Track competitor activity and digital trends, preparing weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations by channel.
About You
- The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in fast-paced sectors like travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or tech.
- Hands-on expertise with paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic display, with solid campaign setup and optimisation skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage data, build reports, and present insights clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with experience using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRO techniques like A/B testing and landing page optimisation.
- Collaborative and detail-oriented, with experience working with agencies, managing multiple priorities, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
