We are looking for a UK Payroll specialist with 2-4 years of experience to handle end-to-end payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, and employee queries. The role requires knowledge of UK payroll, statutory payments, and Oracle Fusion.

Responsibilities
- Respond to employee enquiries relating to wages/salaries, payment, deduction, absence, Statutory Maternity/paternity, statutory absence recording
- Validate new joiners by reviewing employment offer documentation to prepare payroll data file
- Maintain payroll processing data and records by gathering, calculating inputting data for payroll software
- Prepare employee compensation file for payroll team
- Gather data for new hire, payment, deduction, absence, Statutory payment and exiting employee payment/deduction
- Distribute payroll payslips to employees
Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in UK payroll
- Knowledge of end to end UK payroll processing along with payroll validation/reconciliation and basic understanding of payroll Journal
- General knowledge of Year end activities, Oracle fusion, Human resource activities
