- Create visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations for clients, leadership teams, and other key stakeholders
Requirements
- Passionate and highly skilled in business analytics and data representation
- Highly knowledgeable in contact center business use of data visualization tools like Power BI, Domo
- Skilled in SQL database, data crunching, business analytics, data analytics
- Python is an added advantage
- Deep understanding of A/B testing and key metric identification
- Experience in CC contact channels, digital products, digital transformation solutions, Conversational AI Optimization, client handling, web data handling is added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities
