Oversee operations for Mega account corporate health centers and ensure high-quality healthcare service delivery.
Ensure regulatory compliance, workflow optimization, cost efficiency, and alignment with corporate health and wellness objectives.
Corporate Health Center Operations
- Oversee daily operations of multiple in-house clinics across Mega account corporate locations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor clinic performance, patient flow, and service delivery to optimize operations.
- Ensure medical equipment, supplies, medications, systems, infrastructure, and operational requirements are available.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Facilities to ensure clinic readiness.
- Conduct regular clinic site visits to monitor workflows and identify gaps.
Quality and Compliance
- Support medical-team audits assessing clinical quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Manage incident reporting and implement corrective actions for compliance gaps.
- Propose proactive compliance measures to reduce risks and enhance safety.
Stakeholder and Client Relationships
- Serve as the primary liaison between corporate clients and clinic teams.
- Develop customized healthcare solutions based on corporate client needs.
- Conduct regular meetings with HR and management teams to review health-service performance.
- Address feedback, complaints, and service-improvement requests with internal stakeholders.
Financial and Resource Management
- Develop and manage clinic budgets with the Finance team while maintaining care quality.
- Monitor clinic expenses, revenue streams, and financial performance.
- Identify cost-optimization opportunities, including vendor contract negotiations.
- Implement data-driven strategies to improve service utilization and financial sustainability.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage corporate clients, medical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial management and operational efficiency strategies.
- Experience in healthcare management, preferably in clinic or hospital operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
