About the Role
Blue Dart seeks an Executive/Senior Executive for HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR operational processes for the assigned region, including employee data management, payroll coordination, compliance, exit formalities, and employee query resolution.

Responsibilities
- Execute all HR operational activities for the region in alignment with corporate policies and statutory norms
- Ensure timely submission of accurate payroll inputs, benefits data, and employee reimbursements
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (HRIS) for transfers, exits, and organizational changes
- Conduct periodic checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with documentation standards
- Collate attendance, shift allowances, and variable pay data for payroll processing
- Validate inputs and coordinate with central payroll team for timely disbursement
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity) and internal HR policies
- Prepare and submit accurate documentation for internal and external audits
- Manage exit formalities and coordinate with IT, Finance, and Admin for smooth clearance
- Process full & final settlements accurately and within defined timelines
- Respond to HR related queries (payroll, benefits, HRIS access) within defined SLAs
- Prepare and share HR operations reports on headcount, payroll accuracy, and compliance metrics
Requirements
- Graduate / MBA in Human Resources or related fields
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a regional or multi location setup
- Hands on experience in HRIS systems, payroll coordination, and compliance processes

Position Overview
- The Executive / Sr. Executive – HR Operations will be responsible for executing end to end HR operational processes for the assigned region.

Qualifications & Experience
