Role Overview
The role supports product ownership for Salesforce products and manages live product operations.
The position focuses on stability, performance, and continuous improvement of live digital assets.
Candidate Profile
- A background in software engineering or functional analysis is expected.
- Experience managing live product operations is required.
- A solid understanding of product ownership is required.
Functional Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to urgent requests and incidents affecting live Salesforce assets.
- Support prioritization and manage a backlog of support requests and live issues.
- Balance short-term fixes with long-term improvements.
- Communicate with stakeholders about the status and resolution of urgent issues.
- Ensure thorough root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and processes.
Compensation
- The role pays AED 18,000–AED 19,000 per month.
