Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop business process automation solutions and approval workflows.
- Integrate Microsoft solutions with enterprise applications through APIs and connectors.
- Configure AI Builder for document processing and data extraction.
- Create and maintain Dataverse tables, business rules, and data models.
- Implement notifications and collaboration solutions using Teams and Outlook.
- Perform testing, deployment, production support, and release activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
- Follow Power Platform governance, security, and best practices.
Technical Skills Required
- Microsoft Copilot Studio is mandatory.
- Power Automate is mandatory.
- Power Apps is mandatory.
- Microsoft Dataverse is mandatory.
- AI Builder is mandatory.
- REST APIs and web services are mandatory.
- SharePoint Online is mandatory.
- Microsoft Teams is mandatory.
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem knowledge is mandatory.
Experience
- Requires 2–5 years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
- Requires experience with workflow and business process automation.
- Requires experience integrating enterprise applications and APIs.
- Requires experience with low-code/no-code development platforms.
- Requires knowledge of AI-powered automation solutions and modern workplace technologies.
Preferred Background
- Background as a Power Platform Developer, Automation Engineer, or contributor to digital transformation projects is preferred.
- Exposure to AI, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation solutions is advantageous.
- Experience working within enterprise Microsoft environments is advantageous.
Pay
- Pay is AED 13,000–15,000 per month.

- The work location is in person.
