We are seeking a Senior Events Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex events, festivals, and strategic projects.
The successful candidate will oversee project governance, budgets, stakeholder engagement, procurement, and multidisciplinary teams.
Project Leadership
- Lead event projects from concept development through final delivery.
- Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and project governance.
- Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary client contact.
- Manage consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure alignment between project objectives and delivery requirements.
Delivery Oversight
- Monitor project performance and reporting.
- Ensure quality standards and contractual obligations are met.
- Lead on-site delivery and operational decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of event project management experience.
- Experience delivering major events, festivals, ceremonies, or government projects.
- Strong commercial and project governance capabilities.
