- Lead brand positioning, campaign development, media planning, digital marketing, PR, and content strategy
- Drive visitor acquisition, engagement, and retention through data driven marketing initiatives
- Manage agencies, creative partners, media partners, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee marketing budgets, performance tracking, and ROI measurement
- Collaborate closely with commercial, operations, events, and business development teams to maximize revenue opportunities
- Build and mentor a high performing marketing team
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in hospitality, tourism, destination marketing, lifestyle destinations, or large scale events
- Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the UAE or GCC
- Deep understanding of visitor behavior, tourism trends, digital marketing, CRM, and audience development
- Experience managing multi million dirham marketing budgets and external agencies
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Bilingual in English and Arabic

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Marketing Director (English and Arabic) to lead the marketing strategy, brand development, and audience growth for a portfolio of hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, and destination led projects in the UAE.
- This is a leadership role for a strategic marketer who understands how to build destinations, drive visitation, create compelling brand narratives, and deliver measurable commercial results.
