Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Prepare accurate quantity take offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Develop detailed cost estimates for interior fit out, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors
- Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis and benchmarking against market trends
- Identify project risks, commercial opportunities, and value engineering options
- Prepare comprehensive tender submissions within strict deadlines
- Work closely with the Design, Procurement, Engineering, and Project Management teams to ensure technically compliant and commercially competitive bids
- Participate in pre bid meetings, client discussions, and site visits whenever required
- Maintain and continuously update costing databases, supplier information, and historical pricing records
- Support project handover by ensuring smooth transition from estimation to execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in estimation within the UAE interior fit out industry
- Strong understanding of commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, F&B, and corporate interior projects
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials, fit out methodologies, joinery manufacturing, and finishing specifications
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings
- Hands on experience preparing BOQs, tender documentation, and detailed cost analysis
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, estimation software, and ERP systems is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tenders simultaneously

As we continue to expand our portfolio of premium commercial, hospitality, retail, residential, and bespoke fit out projects, we are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to strengthen our pre construction team.

Key Responsibilities
