About the Role
Decopex Interiors seeks a dynamic Sales Executive for interior fit-out projects in Dubai. You will drive new business opportunities across residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors through field sales and relationship building.

Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads for interior fit out projects in Dubai
- Make cold calls and generate interest with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, real estate brokers, and corporate clients
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project requirement discussions
- Prepare and present proposals in coordination with design & estimation teams
- Convert inquiries into confirmed projects and manage pipeline effectively
- Understand BOQs, drawings, and basic technical fit out requirements
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking channels
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and sales reporting
- Represent Decopex at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience in interior fit out / interior design sales (UAE mandatory preferred)
- Strong understanding of fit out processes, project lifecycle, and costing basics
- Excellent client facing and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads independently through networking and market outreach
- Strong closing ability and commercial acumen
- UAE driving license (mandatory) + willingness to travel for client meetings
- 4–6 years experience in interior fit out sales or related construction/interiors field

What We Are Looking For

- 4–6 years experience in interior fit out sales or related construction/interiors field.
- Confident, proactive, and target oriented.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self motivated and capable of working independently in a fast paced environment.
