SENIOR ESTIMATOR - HIGH VOLTAGE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS

Evaluate RFP requirements and lead preparation and submission of proposal documents.

Develop accurate cost estimates by analyzing labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor bids.

Prepare subcontractor bid packages and lead solicitation and evaluation of subcontractors and suppliers.

Participate in pre‑bid meetings and site walk‑downs to assess constructability and clarify scope.

Maintain an electronic database of material pricing, unit costs, labor benchmarks, and vendor quotes.

Collaborate with engineering, project management, procurement, and vendors to ensure clear scope and design intent.

Identify value‑engineering opportunities and recommend cost‑effective alternatives.

Review contractor and subcontractor proposals for compliance and accuracy.

Conduct constructability reviews and support project handoff after award.

Lead pre‑proposal risk analysis and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Prepare pre‑proposal schedules and write final proposal documents.

Perform other estimating and work duties as needed

Minimum of ten (10+) years of electrical estimating or construction project management experience; power generation, BESS, substation, T&D, or microgrid experience strongly preferred.

Experience supporting EPC, renewable integration (solar/BESS), or Army Corps/government/utility‑scale infrastructure construction projects.

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills required; ability to manage and maintain complex cost databases. Knowledge of Procore and Bluebeam software is a plus.
