Overview
Attend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategies.
Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis.
Analyze project proposals to prepare budget and cost estimates.
Gather, update, and review historical cost data.
Prepare complete cost estimates and tender submissions for:
Deep Foundation Projects
Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.
Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, operations, and management teams during tender preparation.
Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Identify project risks, exclusions, and commercial opportunities.
Participate in tender clarifications, technical meetings, and negotiations.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and project specifications.
Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and project cost planning.
