- Review project documents, including designs, drawings, and specifications, to assess and estimate material, labor, and equipment costs
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for precise cost estimates
- Assist in the preparation of tenders, proposals, and bids for landscaping projects
- Conduct market research to obtain up to date pricing for materials, plant, labor, and other construction requirements specific to landscaping and pool construction
- Evaluate and manage risks and opportunities in relation to project costs
- Maintain organized records of all cost estimates, tenders, and related documentation
- Ensure timely submission of accurate tender documents and provide support during the bidding process
- Review and advise on value engineering options to optimize project costs without compromising quality
- Liaise with clients/contractors/consultants to resolve bid clarifications
- Attend meetings/site visits with clients/contractors/consultants for related tenders
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 8 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer in the UAE, specifically in landscaping and swimming pool construction
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscaping, or a related field
- Strong understanding of landscaping design, swimming pool construction methods, and materials
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prepare and manage detailed cost breakdowns
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in the UAE is a plus
- UAE driving license is preferred

- Currently, we are seeking a Senior Estimation Engineer (Landscapes) who will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for landscaping projects, analyzing project requirements, reviewing design specifications, and ensuring competitive and profitable bid proposals.
