Role Overview

The Senior ERP Consultant is responsible for ERP implementation projects and strategic guidance for clients.

The role manages high-profile client relationships, oversees large-scale projects, and drives process optimization.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage complex ERP implementation projects in alignment with client objectives and project goals.
  • Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to understand requirements and design strategic ERP solutions.
  • Oversee ERP configuration, customization, and optimization for client-specific needs.
  • Develop and execute test plans against business requirements and quality standards.
  • Advise clients on ERP best practices, system performance, and business process optimization.
  • Manage project risks and issues through timely resolution.
  • Mentor junior consultants on complex tasks and career development.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP implementation projects and large-scale client engagements.
  • Experience with ERP systems and business processes in finance, HR, or supply chain areas.
  • Experience collaborating with senior leadership and clients on strategic ERP solutions.
  • Experience with system configurations, customizations, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience in business process optimization and strategic ERP advisory services.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based ERP systems or SaaS solutions is preferred.
  • Experience with advanced integration tools and platforms such as middleware or EDI is preferred.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies is preferred.
  • ERP systems or project management certifications are preferred.
  • Industry-specific ERP implementation and best-practices experience is preferred.
