- Own and close strategic enterprise accounts
- Build relationships with property managers, institutional landlords, developers and family offices
- Lead customers from first meeting to data upload, pilot, rollout and expansion
- Help shape our enterprise proposition, pricing and sales process
- Work closely with product, operations and implementation
- Hire, coach and support a small, flat enterprise team
- Remain personally involved in the largest and most important deals
Requirements
- Strong enterprise B2B sales experience in the UAE in Property Management or related products
- Experience selling software, data, fintech or operational platforms
- Existing relationships across property management, real estate or institutional landlords
- A track record of personally closing and expanding large accounts
- Comfort working with complex data, implementation and operational stakeholders
- The ability to operate with pace, structure and commercial discipline
