We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Identity and Integrations Products team within Security Products. This team builds and operates foundational capabilities for integrations connecting CoreWeave to the breadth of customer security infrastructure, enterprise identity providers and directory services, cloud-native and on-prem key/secrets management (KMS, HSM), and third-party security platforms such as Wiz, CrowdStrike, and SIEM systems.
The role combines people leadership with strong technical judgment: you will guide architecture and engineering decisions, create clarity in complex problem spaces, and ensure that our services meet the availability, security, interoperability, and operational standards expected of a critical cloud platform. Hire and develop exceptional engineers while creating a healthy, accountable, and high-performing team culture.

This is a high-impact leadership role for an engineering manager who wants to shape both the technology and the organization behind a modern cloud security platform.
This position is based in Sunnyvale, California and requires working on-site. Remote work is not available for this role.

The base salary range for this role is $207,000 to $275,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
