Senior Engineering Manager, Security Products

Experience building security products or platforms for enterprise, regulated, or security-sensitive customers.

Experience with identity, key management, encryption, secrets management, confidential computing, or security integrations.

Experience partnering with external customers, technology partners, or security reviewers on product requirements and assurance.

Experience leading greenfield products from early architecture through production adoption.

In your first year, you will:

Build trust with the Identity and Integrations Products team and key partner organizations.

Establish a clear technical and execution roadmap aligned with Security Products and CoreWeave priorities.

Improve the reliability, observability, and operational maturity of the team’s most critical services.

Raise the quality and consistency of architecture, security, and operational reviews.

Hire and develop exceptional engineers while creating a healthy, accountable, and high-performing team culture.

Security Products is building the systems that make CoreWeave trustworthy at scale. You will have the opportunity to lead a team responsible for foundational capabilities that protect access to cloud resources, enable secure product experiences, and support customers running critical AI workloads.

This is a high-impact leadership role for an engineering manager who wants to shape both the technology and the organization behind a modern cloud security platform.

This position is based in Sunnyvale, California and requires working on-site. Remote work is not available for this role.

The base salary range for this role is $207,000 to $275,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
