This role is responsible for ensuring maximum plant availability through the implementation of best-in-class preventive maintenance systems, effective asset management, engineering compliance, and the development of a high-performing multi-skilled engineering workforce.

Lead engineering and maintenance operations to maximize plant availability.

Drive preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement programs.

Manage engineering projects, budgets, and resources.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standards.

Develop and lead a high-performing engineering team.

Oversee utilities, automation, and critical plant systems.

Essential Requirements HND/HNC or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 7+ years' Engineering Management experience in manufacturing.

Food, Dairy, or Beverage industry experience is essential.

Strong knowledge of maintenance, automation, utilities, and plant operations.

Proven leadership of multi-skilled engineering teams.

Strong Health & Safety and Quality Systems knowledge.
