10+ years building software applications.

A track record of leading and growing high-performing engineering teams.

Expertise in Python, TypeScript, and React, with strong front-end development chops.

Proficiency with AWS services (Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, Glue) and infrastructure as code.

Strong relational database skills (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and SQL programming.

Experience with messaging frameworks such as Kafka.

Sharp problem-solving instincts and a quality-first mindset.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills—you can speak engineer and non-engineer fluently.

Experience building custom LIMS/LES systems.

Hands-on experience with LabVantage.

Based in Austin, TX, to work shoulder-to-shoulder with lab operations and gather live feedback.
