Role Overview
AppViewX is seeking a Senior Engineer - Solution Support with a collaborative spirit.
The role handles customer support, platform optimization, escalations, troubleshooting, and solution delivery for the AppViewX automation platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the AppViewX Platform to solve customer automation problems.
- Serve as the final point of escalation for customers.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide workarounds, and create follow-on tickets when needed.
- Create and improve support content and documentation.
- Migrate customers to the latest AppViewX code.
- Prioritize troubleshooting actions to prevent missed deadlines.
- Generate and interpret required system reports.
- Provide feedback on customer satisfaction, process improvements, and system enhancements.
- Work in a 24/7 environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent business communication and soft skills for handling international customers.
- At least 3 years of experience is preferable.
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of networking, security, and certificate management platforms.
