Role Overview
The Senior Engineer – Projects will manage and supervise civil construction activities across residential, bungalow, commercial, and building projects.
The role includes site execution, quantity management, quality control, MEP coordination, contractor management, project reporting, and team supervision.
The position reports to the Project Head within the Projects or Site Engineering department.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise civil construction works from foundation to finishing stage.
- Prepare, review, and verify Bar Bending Schedules, BOQs, quantities, measurements, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants, architects, suppliers, contractors, clients, and other project stakeholders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and monitor project schedules.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Handle material planning, procurement follow-ups, material verification, and contractor or vendor bill verification.
- Attend meetings, prepare minutes, track action points, and resolve site execution issues.
- Guide and supervise junior engineers, site supervisors, and site support staff.
