Job Overview
Talati & Partners LLP is seeking an experienced Architect for residential and commercial architectural design projects.
The role manages work from concept development through design documentation and construction coordination.
The architect will collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, interior designers, contractors, and project teams.
Architectural Design and Development
- Understand client requirements, project briefs, site conditions, budgets, and design objectives.
- Develop conceptual designs, sketches, plans, elevations, sections, and design proposals.
- Prepare design presentations, 3D models, and architectural visualizations.
- Develop designs from concept stage through detailed design and construction documentation.
- Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Coordination and Construction
- Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
- Present design concepts, drawings, 3D views, and proposals to clients.
- Track design deliverables and support project timelines and documentation.
