What will you be doing? · Autonomously running OrcaFlex analyses for projects and studies, and preparing technical documents for installation of subsea structures, flexible lines, umbilicals, mooring lines, and rigid pipelines. · As required, leading small groups of engineers on installation analysis packages, by delegating work, reviewing analyses, and ensuring that budget and deadlines are respected. · Managing internal and external interfaces. · Providing offshore support as needed, either going offshore or staying on stand-by on shore. · Supporting the technical development of the team, by training younger engineers, sharing lessons learned from past experiences, and helping on development of new tools. What experience would we like you to have? · Engineering degree, with relevant experience (7+ years) in the Subsea Installation industry. · Proficient in OrcaFlex and MS Office Package, and familiar with MathCad, Python, and other engineering softwares. · Communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal, in English – being able to speak with all levels within the business, and deliver proper, accurate and organized reports. · Understanding of relevant industry codes, standards, and guidelines is desired (e.g., DNV and API) · Proven ability to work within time/budget constraints
