Role Overview
The Senior Engineer contributes to the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of large-scale private cloud, virtualization, and observability platforms.
The role is hands-on and focuses on deploying, operating, troubleshooting, automating, and optimizing platforms across production and non-production environments.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate observability platforms for metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerting, and service health visibility.
- Design, implement, and operate private cloud, virtualization, and container platforms based on OpenStack, OpenShift, and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain AI-powered operational agents for incident detection, root cause analysis, workflow automation, and approved remediation.
- Collaborate with architecture, product, platform engineering, SRE, security, and operations teams on technology evaluation, integration, solution design, and readiness.
