Missions and Main Duties
- Lead complex highway project delivery against client, technical, and business objectives.
- Develop multidisciplinary highway engineering solutions and ensure designs are compliant and buildable.
- Manage and mentor Highway Team members and direct projects from inception through completion.
- Act as design deliverables checker and Highway Contractor's Responsible Engineer where required.
- Manage resources, programme, budget, quality, risks, utilisation, profitability, and delivery targets.
