Senior Engineer - Dexterous End Effector Design

We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Engineer to lead the development of dexterous robot end-effectors.

In this role you will:

Own the full product development cycle for dexterous manipulation end-effectors.

Brainstorm and prototype innovative concepts for dexterous end-effectors ranging from simple two-fingered grippers to multi-fingered humanoid hands.

Work closely with our business development, simulation, controls, software, testing, and industrial design teams to define use-cases, performance requirements, and packaging.

Develop high-level strategies and system architectures for dexterous manipulation systems ranging from end-effectors, tele-op training systems, and data collection devices.

Test and evaluate existing grippers, end-effectors, sensors, and data-collection devices.

Support assembly, integration, and testing of robotic hardware.
