We are seeking an exceptional Data Collection Operator to operate robots through advanced data collection systems and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI-driven robotics. In this role, you will work closely with our robotics and AI teams to collect high-quality motion and behavior data that trains our robots to perform complex tasks in dynamic environments.

In this role you will:

Operate robots using advanced data collection systems.

Guide robots through designated motions, manipulation tasks, and workflows to collect high-quality demonstration data.

Upload, validate, and organize collected data used for training AI models.

Identify, troubleshoot, and report operational issues during data collection.

Follow robot bring-up, calibration, and shutdown procedures to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Collaborate closely with AI, perception, and controls engineers to refine teleoperation pipelines and improve robot behaviors.
