Job Summary
Support day-to-day operations of automation and observability tools. Execute pre-built automation workflows using iAutomate. Monitor dashboards, alerts, and service health through iObserve. Collaborate with network, infrastructure, and operations teams during incident resolution. Validate automation outputs and report findings.
Key Responsibilities
Basic understanding of network concepts (LAN, WAN, Routing, Switching). Knowledge of automation fundamentals. Exposure to scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting. Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON. Basic understanding of Git/version control systems. Exposure to iAutomate, iObserve, or similar automation and observability platforms.
