Position : Senior Engineer – CPED

Qualification ; DME /BE – Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering

Product Manufacturing Cost Estimation, NRC costing - RFQ

• Under Mfg. cost estimation
• Thorough knowledge on mfg. process
• Time study for different mfg. process of cylinders.
• MHR
• Related to SAP
• BOM , PR, Rolling Plan
• Mfg. Process routing
• Process cycle time
• Cost sheet
• DC preparation
• Vendor code registration
• Experience in manufacturing process and costing
• Handson experience on CNC machineries commissioning, programming, fixture and tooling design, installation and commissioning
• Knowledge / experience in Cylinder mfg. process and machineries will be an added advantage
• Experience on Assembly techniques
• Experience in project execution and management.
• RFQ feasibility study, demand analysis, Capacity gap analysis, MIS Preparation. Presentation skill
• Good knowledge and Experience working with MS office tools – Excel, Power point and word etc.
• Knowledge on PFD and PFMEA, APQP process of new product development.
• CAPEX Estimation
• Positive thinking, Proactive, accept challenges and execute.
• To be a good team player, ready travel across all Win plants and supplier place based on project requirement.
• To be flexible to learn and adopt without any boundary within the work.
