Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering

Need to handle Shopfloor /Shift

Having Good CNC background /Programming & Proving (Fanuc & Siemens) Both CNC Turning & Milling.

Significant programming and set-up experience

Documentation Skills- will be creating work instructions for operators

Must have a great understanding of how parts are made/manufactured

Handling Manpower

Determines correct process design concepts and selects best fundamental technologies for both developing new products and improving or modifying existing ones.

Analyzes engineering drawings, material requirements, and process specifications.

Responsible for programming and machining function within the organization and at supplier places.

Manages technicians and machine operators in the design, development and implementation of machine tool programs, test methods, tooling, manufacturing methods, and manufacturing documentation.

Solves problems, implements changes and continuously monitors progress.

Considers Lean manufacturing methodologies for manufacturing processes and shop floor transactions.

Works directly with manufacturing and quality engineers in the design transfer and operations readiness of new products and manufacturing processes.

Maintains compliance to all local and Regulatory agencies including but not limited to ISO and OSHA.
