- Develop, configure, support, and maintain AMI software applications and related interfaces
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AMI applications
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure proper configuration and deployment of AMI software
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and system integration
- Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Provide technical support, documentation, and training to system users
- Review application logs, performance indicators, and incident reports
- Ensure compliance with application security, governance, and IT standards
- Support junior engineers and operational staff with technical guidance
Requirements
- Experience in developing, configuring, supporting, and maintaining AMI software applications
