About the Role
Fusion Technology is hiring a Senior ELV Pre-Sales & Design Engineer in Doha, Qatar. You will review RFQs, design CCTV and ACS systems, prepare technical proposals, and ensure compliance with MOI-SSD requirements.

Responsibilities
- Review RFQs, tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements
- Prepare CCTV and ACS system designs, device layouts, riser diagrams, schematics, system architecture, and integration concepts
- Perform CCTV storage and bandwidth calculations, camera coverage review, ACS door schedule review, controller sizing, UPS/power requirements, and network requirements
- Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, cost sheets, compliance statements, supplier comparisons, clarifications, and value engineered options
- Ensure designs and proposals comply with MOI SSD requirements, client specifications, and project requirements
- Validate supplier quotations technically and commercially
- Identify scope gaps, risks, exclusions, assumptions, and missing items before submission
- Support sales during client meetings, technical discussions, and proposal presentations
- Prepare technical submittals, method statements, system descriptions, and responses to consultant/client comments when required
- Support project handover by explaining design basis, scope, BOQ, assumptions, and exclusions
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of ELV/security systems experience, preferably in Qatar
- Strong hands on experience in CCTV, ACS, and integrated ELV/security system design, with estimation capability
- Strong understanding of MOI SSD requirements and approval processes
- Strong knowledge of VMS, NVR/server storage sizing, camera selection, ACS controllers, readers, structured cabling, and network infrastructure
- Excellent Excel skills for BOQ, cost sheets, supplier comparison, formula checking, and margin analysis
- Ability to read tender drawings, IFC drawings, specifications, and consultant requirements
- Good AutoCAD / Visio / MS Office skills
- Good communication skills for client meetings, consultant clarifications, and sales support
- Experience with major CCTV / ACS brands such as Axis, Hikvision, Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, Lenel, and Honeywell

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications
- UPDA/MMUP registered engineer.
- Experience with MOI DSA / DIA / inspection processes.
- VMS certifications such as Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon ACC, or HikCentral.
- ACS certifications such as Lenel, Honeywell, Avigilon ACM, or equivalent.
- Structured cabling certification is a plus.
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification is a plus.
- Storage/server knowledge including Dell, HPE, RAID, and VMS storage calculation.
