We’re Hiring: HSE Officer (Temporary Role)
We are looking for an experienced HSE officer to join our team on a temporary basis and ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across our project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor site HSE activities to ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and Toolbox Talks (TBT)
- Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and PPE compliance
- Verify equipment certifications and third-party inspection documents
- Monitor heat stress conditions and ensure worker safety on site
- Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and safety observations
- Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation
Candidate Requirements
- NEBOSH IGC and IOSH Managing Safely certification
- Minimum 7+ years of HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments, and site safety practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and supervisory skills
- Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in HSE field
