Mentor younger engineers and help develop the next generation of technical leaders.
Gain exposure to multiple industries, technologies, and complex power system applications.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology (BSEE/BSEET) from an ABET-accredited institution.
6+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial facilities, consulting engineering, EPC, manufacturing, or related industries.
Experience designing low-voltage electrical power distribution systems for industrial facilities.
Knowledge of NEC and industrial electrical design practices.
Experience developing electrical construction documents and design packages.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Strong organizational and project execution skills.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to travel approximately 25-30%, including occasional overnight travel.
Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.

We offer market-competitive compensation for a Senior Electrical Engineer-Power Systems & Distribution with a base range of $ 87,000 to $120,000 annually, which includes profit sharing, ESOP participation, 401(k) matching, and overtime pay. Salaries are based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
