Senior Electrical Engineer – Power Systems & Distribution

Low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems

Electrical power system studies and analysis

Switchgear, switchboards, MCCs, transformers, and distribution equipment

Utility service upgrades and power infrastructure improvements

Electrical system modernization and facility expansions

Industrial power distribution for manufacturing and process facilities

Hazardous location installations

EPC and design-build projects

Client-facing engineering consulting projects

Technical mentorship and project leadership

Work on a wide variety of industrial facilities and projects instead of supporting a single plant.

Lead projects from concept through startup and commissioning.

Influence technical decisions and client solutions.

Collaborate with experts in process, mechanical, controls, automation, and facilities engineering.

Mentor younger engineers and help develop the next generation of technical leaders.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology (BSEE/BSEET) from an ABET-accredited institution.

6+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial facilities, consulting engineering, EPC, manufacturing, or related industries.

Experience designing low-voltage electrical power distribution systems for industrial facilities.

Knowledge of NEC and industrial electrical design practices.

Experience developing electrical construction documents and design packages.

Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Strong organizational and project execution skills.

Valid driver's license.

Ability to travel approximately 25-30%, including occasional overnight travel.

Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.

We offer market-competitive compensation for a Senior Electrical Engineer-Power Systems & Distribution with a base range of $ 87,000 to $120,000 annually, which includes profit sharing, ESOP participation, 401(k) matching, and overtime pay. Salaries are based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
