Senior Electrical Engineer – Battery Systems

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the battery or EV industry, preferably in a Design and development or validation role.
• Exposure to high-voltage battery systems (400–1000V) including pack or module-level design.
• Basic understanding of BMS, CAN communication, and automotive diagnostic protocols.
• Familiarity with CAD tools such as Catia V6 – Electrical and Capital Harness/Busbar.
• Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and automotive product development cycles.
• Exposure to safety standards such as ISO 26262, UN R100, IATF 16949 is a plus.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%, including visits to suppliers and OEMs, both domestic and international.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 90,000.00 - 128,000.00 + 15% bonus + benefits.
