Solid electrical and controls engineering experience; engineers electrical systems with no supervisory technical oversight.
Strong working knowledge of electrical and controls specifications, able to fully related detail component drawings with no assistance and can instruct others in most related topics.
Strong experience with NPI processes, leading technical tasks such as Risk Analysis, FMEA, PFMEA, product specification, etc.

Experience with schematic design, and PCB layout within Altium.
Experience with Labview, writing test applications, and DAQ hardware.
Shielded and unshielded cable design experience is a plus.
Practical knowledge of UL, CSA, CE, FCC, IC regulatory requirements, and processes.
Must possess leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring skills through proven experience. May possess supervisory experience.
Strong team player skills; able to work well with others and support internal/external customer needs. Ability to brainstorm with a group.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Ability to Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member will be required to talk and hear. This position may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. The Team Member may have to lift and/or move items over 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
The performance of this position requires exposure to the manufacturing areas where the use of personal protective equipment is mandatory. For the most part ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional equipment as typically found in the office environment, however, working outdoors is sometimes required.
This is a full-time salary position, and expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend and overnight work is also necessary.
Travel is expected for this position approximately 5/8 time per year (totla of 10-20 overnights).

Experience in the electrical system design of appliances and/or consumer products.
Manufactures engineered components for recreational and commercial vehicles.
