Strategic Sourcing Analyst The Lippert Corporate Aftermarket team is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to add to their team to assist in international vendor and materials sourcing. This position is remote, reporting into Lippert’s Corporate Headquarters located in Elkhart, Indiana Responsibilities: Complete Supplier Evaluation and Selection Develop an approved source list (ASL). A curated roster of pre-vetted vendors who meet your organization’s standards for quality, reliability, compliance, and capability Be the liaison between Lippert and the Suppliers to successful launch new product on time within Budget or price targets. Negotiation and Contract Management Cost optimization – cost reduction Market Analysis Works directly with cross-functional teams leading collaboration and adoption of Lippert Vendor Compliance standards. Manage the vendor’s performance. Cost, Quality, Delivery, Service and compliance Qualifications: BS is recommended but not required. Historical working career background will be considered. Towing, RV and or Marine products background a plus but not required. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft based software utilities. Preferred Education and Experience: College Degree (Associates or Bachelors) Buying or sales experience Demonstrated relationship building with key internal teams Travel: Travel independently, domestically as well as globally up to 10% of time.
