Role Description

Part-time remote role responsible for leading and optimizing online commerce activities.

The role supports the organization’s mission and community initiatives through online commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the e-commerce platform, product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Ensure a smooth, user-friendly online experience.
  • Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to increase engagement and revenue.
  • Align e-commerce efforts with brand messaging, fundraising goals, and community outreach.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to online transactions.
  • Maintain high standards of service and integrity in digital interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong commerce and e-commerce skills, including online platforms, product management, and transaction processes.
  • Advanced analytical skills for interpreting data, monitoring KPIs, and supporting data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with teams, partners, and customers.
  • Customer service skills for managing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Sales skills for increasing conversions and supporting organizational goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work independently remotely, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and integrity.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and user experience optimization is beneficial.
  • Experience in non-profit, community-focused, or mission-driven organizations is advantageous.

  • The position is remote.
