Role Summary
Senior Draftsman responsible for architectural design and organized structures for turnkey fit-out projects.
Project types include retail stores, supermarkets, food and beverage outlets, offices, and banks.
Role Description
- Manage architectural design due diligence to support consistent quality of built assets.
- Coordinate with engineering disciplines to meet client quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
- Review third-party designs for compliance with company standards and specifications.
- Create, modify, and issue drawings using CAD systems.
- Monitor and report architectural workstream safety, budget, schedule, and quality.
- Contribute to supply-chain deliverable and KPI reporting.
- Support post-project reviews and process or productivity improvement initiatives.
- Conduct site visits, as-built work, and setting-out activities.
- Maintain drawing logs and prepare design Requests for Information.
- Comply with IMS policy and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Three to ten years of joinery and fit-out drawing experience using Revit.
- Ability to develop 3D drawings, presentation boards, and new concepts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.
- Knowledge of design software, interior materials, and technical specifications, including CAD.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- ITI, diploma, or relevant educational qualification.
- Technical knowledge of fit-out construction is advantageous.

The position is full-time.
Workplace
- Work location is in person and includes site visits and setting-out activities in Saudi Arabia.
