The Document Controller will manage project documents, drawings, and correspondence for a role based in Saudi Arabia.
The role requires accurate, accessible, and compliant document management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documents, drawings, and correspondence.
- Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate document control procedures.
- Update information systems and distribute approved documents.
- Maintain records and control logs.
- Support audits and administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- At least five years of experience in documentation and control.
- Fit-out or contracting industry experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent English communication abilities.
