Senior Document Controller - Design

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple project documents, prepare transmittals, receive client documentation, and distribute documents internally within required timelines.
• Establish and maintain document control procedures covering document numbering, revision control, distribution, storage, and archiving.
• Maintain the Master Document Register (MDR) for drawings, specifications, procedures, plans, and other project deliverables.
• Track document status and generate reports on overdue, pending, submitted, reviewed, and approved documents.
• Coordinate document submissions and distribution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure documents are properly reviewed, approved, and updated, with all revisions accurately recorded and communicated.
• Review project documents for completeness, formatting, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Develop document templates, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency in project documentation.
• Archive and maintain electronic project records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
