Position Overview
Lead site reliability engineering for technology platforms and infrastructure supporting a growing customer base.
Grow a multidisciplinary engineering organization and champion continuous improvement, delivery velocity, innovation, and scale.
Manage outsourced development teams and collaborate with internal Enterprise IT teams.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure consistent and timely feature delivery in an Agile environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent through mentorship, collaboration, and inclusive leadership.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver complex customer-facing solutions.
- Communicate project status and issues to executives and stakeholders.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
- Work with product management to improve development methodologies using innovative technologies and industry practices.
- Manage outsourced onshore and offshore development teams and collaborate with Enterprise IT.
What You Bring
- Seasoned experience as a Director or Senior Director leading high-performing teams in a complex, high-volume, customer-facing e-commerce environment.
- Engineering and Computer Science experience with strong understanding of cloud-native, web, mobile, and continuous delivery technologies.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on technical ability to work with senior developers building scalable products.
- Ability to influence others with urgency, accountability, and ownership.

Compensation
- The hiring range is $170,000 to $220,000 per year.
- Compensation may vary based on experience, knowledge, and geographic region.
