General Summary
The role supports various Finance functions for Sourcing.
Finance Accountabilities
- Generate reports, validate data, and analyze sourcing-deal performance.
- Support reconciliations, variance analysis, journal entries, accruals, and period-end close.
- Prepare accounts receivable billing and maintain process documentation.
- Identify and implement process efficiencies and improvements.
Relationship and Communication
- Provide timely and accurate financial information to business contacts as a business partner.
- Keep team members and senior management informed about financial information and project status.
- Escalate issues related to assigned financial tasks in a timely manner.
Knowledge and Skills
- Current enrollment in an Accounting, Finance, or related post-secondary program.
- Strong accounting, Advanced Excel, business intelligence, and SaaS technical skills.
- Strong organization, time management, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage resources, timelines, projects, and multiple priorities effectively.
