Part-time, hybrid Senior Director role based in Sharjah with flexibility for some work from home.
The role provides strategic leadership across online education, content, and community initiatives.
The position focuses on growth, learner engagement, innovation, quality, and scalable operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee program and course portfolio development.
- Guide marketing and partnership strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor senior managers.
- Represent Tandori in external engagements and build stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure operational processes support innovation, quality, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience in online education, digital media, or creative industries.
- Strong background in business development, partnerships, or stakeholder management.
- Expertise in operations management and process improvement.
- Experience overseeing product or program development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in multicultural and distributed teams.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and analytics platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with online courses, digital content, or learning communities is preferred.
- An advanced degree is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MENA or Iranian markets is beneficial.
- Interest in culinary arts or creative skills education is beneficial.
