Role Description
The Senior Account Director is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home.
The role oversees key client relationships across Tandori's online learning and culinary offerings.
The position is responsible for strategic alignment, client satisfaction, account growth, and long-term business development.
Responsibilities
- Lead account planning for strategic clients.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns and projects.
- Monitor performance metrics and account health.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Guide account managers and provide leadership on complex projects.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Manage budgets and contribute to regional business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong account management skills, including client relationship building, strategic planning, and performance oversight.
- Demonstrated team management and team leadership capabilities to guide, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven sales experience with the ability to identify growth opportunities, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.
- Solid project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and delivering initiatives on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones in a hybrid environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital platforms, online education, or creative industries is highly beneficial.
- Additional regional languages are an advantage.
- An advanced degree is a plus.
