Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership and Technology Delivery
- - Partner closely with TS&E leaders to align on technology priorities and enable adoption in India
- - Provide strategic oversight and leadership across a broad portfolio of enterprise technology capabilities supported by TS&E
- - Establish and evolve operating models to enable consistent, scalable, and high-quality delivery across the organization
- - Drive alignment across teams to ensure transparency, predictability, and delivery against business objectives enabling adoption of enterprise metrics
- - Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of modern engineering and delivery practices in everything we do
- - Ensure effective leadership across platforms owned by TS&E (Elle, Rally, Apptio, Clarity)
Organizational Leadership and Capability Build
- Build and lead a high-performing organization in India, with focus on long-term capability development and scalability
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and inclusion
- Develop leadership bench strength and succession pipelines within the organization across platforms and delivery capabilities
- Serve as a liaison between India and US to cross pollinate best practices across Agile Execution, Learning & Development, Innovation and lean governance
- Foster strong partnerships with India and US stakeholders to ensure clarity of priorities and alignment on delivery outcomes
- Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and effective executive communication
- Enable collaboration across teams and geographies to drive consistent execution
