- Lead the centralized Finance and Control function across City Operations, covering finance, governance, risk, controls, procurement, and contract management.
- Oversee the Finance, Governance Risk & Controls, and Contracts & Procurement teams.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control for City Operations.
- Oversee invoicing, service charge management, cost recovery, and related controls.
- Support governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, including forums, policies, and standards.
- Oversee business continuity planning and ensure key operational risks are identified, monitored, escalated, and mitigated.
- Lead procurement and contract management oversight.
- Coordinate with central functions including Finance, Procurement, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
- Support the development of City Operations processes, procedures, delegation of authority requirements, and financial controls.

- Experience in financial management, governance, risk, controls, procurement, and contract management
- Ability to lead a centralized Finance and Control function
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control
- Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks

Responsibilities
- Lead the centralized Finance and Control function across City Operations, covering finance, governance, risk, controls, procurement, and contract management.
- Oversee the Finance, Governance Risk & Controls, and Contracts & Procurement teams, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and effective ways of working.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control for City Operations in coordination with central Finance.
- Oversee invoicing, service charge management, cost recovery, and related controls to support operational performance.
- Support governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, including forums, policies, and standards.
- Oversee business continuity planning and ensure key operational risks are identified, monitored, escalated, and mitigated.
- Lead procurement and contract management oversight, ensuring sourcing, approvals, vendor performance, and contract lifecycle activities align with company requirements.
- Coordinate with central functions including Finance, Procurement, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to address City Operations requirements.
- Support the development of City Operations processes, procedures, delegation of authority requirements, and financial controls.
