Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will oversee and enhance board reporting processes across a diverse portfolio of AI, technology, cloud, data, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and emerging technology businesses.
• This includes driving consistency in executive reporting, performance tracking, risk visibility, governance standards, and compliance oversight while supporting leadership teams in preparing high-quality materials for boards, shareholders, regulators, and key stakeholders.
• The role requires a highly commercial and strategically minded leader with strong experience operating in complex, fast-scaling, and decentralized environments.
• The individual must possess the ability to influence senior executives, provide constructive challenge where appropriate, and build trusted relationships across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
• A strong understanding of corporate governance, portfolio management, board operations, compliance frameworks, and executive-level reporting is essential.
• Key areas of focus include:
• Supporting portfolio companies in the preparation and quality assurance of board and shareholder reporting.
• Driving governance consistency and best practices across G42 group entities.
• Monitoring strategic, operational, financial, and risk-related performance indicators across the portfolio.
• Working closely with executive leadership teams to improve transparency, accountability, and decision-making frameworks.
• Supporting compliance with corporate governance requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal policies.
• Facilitating alignment between corporate strategy and operating company execution.
• Engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders including boards, investors, regulators, and government-related entities where required.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• The ideal candidate will bring significant experience from a leading investment group, sovereign wealth fund, private equity environment, large multinational, or diversified technology group with exposure to complex portfolio governance structures.
• Strong executive communication capability, cultural awareness, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively within ambiguity and rapid growth environments will be critical to success in the role.
